    At mais-autos, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality construction equipment. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or exchange.

    By purchasing from mais-autos, you agree to the terms outlined below.


    1. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
    ✔ The equipment is defective or damaged upon delivery.
    ✔ The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
    ✔ The product does not match the description or specifications on our website.
    ✔ The order was canceled before shipment.

    Refunds will not be granted for:
    ❌ Customer errors, such as ordering the wrong item.
    ❌ Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
    ❌ Products that have been used, modified, or installed.
    ❌ Items that are not in their original packaging.
    ❌ Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery.


    2. Return & Refund Process

    To request a refund, follow these steps:

    Step 1: Contact Customer Support

    • Attach clear photos or videos of the issue (if applicable).

    Step 2: Approval & Return Authorization

    • Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
    • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
    • Do not return any product without authorization, as it may result in rejection.

    Step 3: Returning the Product

    • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the fault is ours (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

    Step 4: Refund Processing

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card refund).
    • If applicable, restocking fees (up to 15% of product value) may apply.

    3. Order Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
    • If the item has already been shipped, the customer must follow the return process.
    • Special or custom orders are non-refundable once processing begins.

    4. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please:

    5. Exchanges & Replacements

    • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
    • Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
    • If an exchange is not possible, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
    ❌ Custom or special-order equipment.
    ❌ Used, installed, or modified machinery.
    ❌ Items sold under clearance or final sale promotions.


    7. Refund Policy for Bulk & Wholesale Orders

    For bulk purchases, refunds are subject to additional conditions:
    ✔ Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
    ✔ A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply.
    ✔ Partial refunds may be issued depending on the quantity returned.


    8. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
    • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • The Company is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
